A. The Aviator is in walking distance to two Red Line T Stops( Andrew Square and Broadway) as well as multiple bus stops.

Q. What amenities does this building offer?
A. The building offers a complimentary gym (equipped with Peloton cardio equipment), a package handling system, a secure intercom system, elevator, garage parking, and a care share option.

Q. What are my up-front payments?
A. Your up-front payments will be First Month’s Rent and Security Deposit (both equal to one month’s rent.)

Q. How many unit types are there?
A. 5; 3 back-facing unit types and 2 front-facing unit types.

Q. What are the lease terms?
A. 12 months.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes, with restrictions. Certain dog breeds are restricted, so please check with your agent.

Q. Is there parking?
A. Yes. There is garage parking available at $300/month and also a car share where tenants can rent the building’s very own car.

Q. What utilities do I pay for?
A. Gas, electric, and cable/internet

Q. Do I need Renter’s Insurance?
A. Yes.

Q. How do I pay rent?
A. Tenants pay rent on a portal established by the Landlord via electric payments.

A. Yes. The building is currently under construction but we are currently offering hard hat tours.
